MEGA International announces new appointments to support its development strategy

BOSTON/PARIS, MEGA International, a SaaS software company leader in enterprise architecture, announces multiple promotions supporting the company’s continued growth and culture of promoting from within. The new appointments include Yannick Rudloff to Director of Product Management, Sabine Lissajoux to Head of Software Development, and Daniel Hebda to Managing Director of North America.

Yannick Rudloff, Director of Product Management

Yannick has been appointed as Director of Product Management and member of the management board. His responsibilities include setting product directions, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning the roadmap with customer expectations.  

Yannick has worked at MEGA for 15 years in various roles, including professional services, head of presales, and most recently Managing Director for North America. With his deep knowledge of the HOPEX platform and his unique experience with both EMEA and North American customers, Yannick will drive product innovation and competitive leadership.

Yannick holds two Master’s degrees from IAE Paris 1 - Sorbonne Business School in IT Methods Applied to Enterprise Management and Information Systems and Knowledge Management. He also enjoys hiking, traveling and visiting museums with his wife and two young children when not at work.

Sabine Lissajoux, Head of Software Development

In her new position as Head of Software Development, Sabine will lead the software development teams, establish their strategy regarding practices, processes, and tools, and manage internal and external department resources.  

Sabine has over 30 years of experience in technology, leading product launches, developing process automation, building product management roadmaps, and overseeing transformation programs. She joined MEGA in 2022 as Deputy Director – Product Management, and she is part of the management board.

Sabine holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Professionnelle des Sciences Informatiques. Outside the office, her passions include cooking and hiking.  

Daniel Hebda, Managing Director for North America

In his new position as Managing Director for North America,  

Daniel will manage MEGA’s North American operations in the US and Canada, including strategy and business development, sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services. His primary mission is to accelerate MEGA’s growth in North America, focusing on both customer success and software sales.

For over 25 years, Daniel has been at the forefront of technology innovation, which helps businesses meet their strategic goals. He has worked closely with Fortune 100 companies for many years, providing advice and direction on business transformation and innovation from the perspective of enterprise architecture and change management.

Daniel is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, music, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
